Ossa launches the third edition of the Factory Replica with a new and more powerful 300cc engine. The Factory R is the most exclusive racing model of the clover brand and this year will provide extra power to the toughest riders. Many details such as the Termignoni exhaust, Gold anodized racing clamps and footpegs, Dual Stage power maps, OSSA-green frame and new Racing decals turn the Factory R into the best OSSA Trials Racing Motorcycle ever produced.

The most significant changes of the Factory R 300i – 2013 model are: –

New design of the seat base and rear fender

New decoration 2013

New steel shafts for suspension linkage, bolted instead of Circlips

New Shock Bumper for the Öhlins rear shock, the new shape is more resistant to harder impacts

New setting of the Marzocchi front suspension to provide increased sensitivity and a smooter action

New position for the ECU: out of the air filter box to let a better air flow and an allow easier air filter replacement

New air filter design (easier to replace)

New High compression cylinder head.

New 2013 Fuel Injection map (more power and progressivity)

Different version of throttle tube providing a faster response in a shorter angle

Increased diameter rear brake hose (better feeling when braking and increased effectiveness).

New fuel hose material

New chain tensioner spring (stronger)

New design to improve the gearbox  including increased Gearbox precision with closer tolerance components, Revised material selection and heat treatment

Modified water pump internal system, for smoother and longer lasting performance.

Improved clutch, for better and softer feel. Larger diameter of oil channel on clutch cover, Larger diameter  hose,  New clutch discs including new friction material.

New bolt to drain out the oil from the Clutch Cover  (easier and quicker to change oil)
